Requirements:
Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Culinary qualification or equivalent experience. American Cuisine
Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and independently when required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Good communication and organizational skills.
