We are looking for a Corrosion Engineer to work for our client based in Saudi Arabia
Applicant must have a background in maintenance and oil and gas
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Chemical Engineering or related field
10+ years experience in corrosion engineering within oil & gas or petrochemical industries NACE certification (Level 1 or 2) or equivalent (e.g., API 571) preferred
Strong knowledge of corrosion mechanisms, materials selection, and protective coatings Hands-on experience with cathodic protection systems and corrosion monitoring techniques Familiarity with Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) and failure analysis
Ability to interpret inspection reports (NDT/UT/RT) and recommend corrective actions Proficient in international codes and standards (e.g., NACE, API, ISO) Excellent communication and technical reporting skills
Willingness to work in remote sites or harsh environments as required
